3K is a lot of money. How about finding a different babysitter? Where you live anyways?

I am sorry to say this but, paying your mother in law RM3k just to take care of your baby and household is not going to help you especially with your combined income is not much.
At this stage, you should consider having a proper family and providing for them. Taking your mother in law debt into your financial planning is not feasible. Besides, your mother in law's gambling habit, debt with loan shark, repayment is all her own responsibility and should not be a trouble to the son in law and much less her grandchild. As for your babysitter, I dont think a babysitter can cope with 5 kids. Money is one thing but 5 is too much. Max out is 3. I suggest you look for another babysitter. Otherwise, you're putting your baby at risk. Do you want something to happen then only regret? If not, then plan properly for it. Take care. |

7 kids and RM650 is blood sucking! kindy with daycare facilities is almost the same price, plus there are more ppl to look after those kids. why not u try looking for those kindy/daycare places, some are pretty ok, clean and nice. meanwhile look for another babysitter. as for your MIL, i think it's too personal a thing to give comments. while 3k is a lot, she is after all family. some ppl are willing to do that though it may not seemed worthwhile
