For now 2 batteries is enough... I'm haven't activated 1 battery... Hoping it will have some value when I sell it once mini 3 come out.

need some help here.

i'm trying to convert my old 35Mhz honey bee2 to 2.4Ghz. been using some spare flysky receivers and it doesn't seem to work. conditions:
- cyclic servos worked fine and smooth
- ch3, throttle works, but it's stuttering. as in, the motor are not spinning smoothly
- ch4, rudder has no input at all
- tried using fs-ia6 and fs-ia6b receivers, same case.
- tried using fs-i6 and tx16s transmitter, same case.

it's a fairly simply affair, i think. just 4ch pwm map, with the same AETR configuration. or does the analog radio receiver sends different values to the 3in1 controller? anyone has an idea? use different receivers? use the older AFHDS protocol? anyone tried converting an old esky lama from XXMhz to 2.4GHz before?

Thanks. But shouldn't CH 4 would have some kind of output when i move the stick? in my case, moving the rudder does nothing to the tail rotor. but when i rotate the heli while there is some throttle, the tail motor would move.

i've seen some tutorial on converting Esky's 35mhz 4ch heli to 2.4Ghz. seems pretty simple and straight forward, albeit none was very clear. i have configured my eachine e160 to my tx16s. i don't think a 4ch heli would be more complicated than that. do share if you have some details how to actually get it configured....please. it's not easy to get a 35Mhz crystal anymore. last i bought it was when rcsmart was still in Amcorp mall  .

the 3in1 only takes ch3 & ch4 from the esky receiver. the aux channel for gyro is mainly for CP helis, i think. or the newer FP stuff with 6g mode. that part i understand.

by adjusting the pwm signal, you mean adjusting the range? i've tried messing around with the endpoints. doesn't help in my case. it's like when i use the flysky receiver, the mixer and gyro dont work anymore.

what i haven't tried is channel reverse in ch4. could it be that the mixer killed ch4 as it was in full throttle on start up?( i just thought of this)😅

the 3in1 is not broken for the record. when i switch everything back to 35mhz, it flies like used to. not a single problem.

yup, the honeybee does have it's own onboard mixing in the 3in1 board. in the form of a "proportional" pot. i used it for tuning, so i'm sure i don't need mixing in the TX.
