Hey guys long time no see, just share my latest completed R/C project. Now everyone can visit our local R/C flying site inside our town's local outdoor stadium. Just download the files and install on Phoenix R/C Simulator. Read the instruction before install. Enjoy flying! rclxm9.gif biggrin.gif

I degil. People tell me start with high wing but I still buy warbird because that's what I like instead of ugly Cessna.

I lost it due to cg nose heavy... So sometimes during landing even tho elevator tail down still end up nose down.

I already put 10g tyre weight at the back... Maybe need additional 5grams

What I love about the 4 bladed fms prop is that if lose 1 blade... You can cut the other and turn it into a 2 bladed prop and still fly...
Last Thursday I lost my landing gears... Now waiting for spare part... I tried doing a roll at low level but lost control and crashed. Wew.

Looks like it'll be a while before I am confident enough to purchase something with retracts and flaps.
*
I like F4U Corsair too, i fly them a lot on weekends. The only thing i don't like is the landing gear retract always doesn't come come out. I have to shake and roll a bit to pull out the wheels. Here's my snaphots and videos of Corsair in action. They are quite fun to fly in windy beaches with some aerobatics. I haven't put any weight compensation but i used 3S 2200mah lipo up front. biggrin.gif

I want to ask if this toy heli is good. I mean whether it is flyable. I don't want to fly high, just just around human height like 5 to 7 feet in the air. Just moving around at that high. Is it this toy manoeuvrable?

https://shopee.com.my/product/276830413/969...69-1665712911.9

Or if you can recommend any toy rc heli that is manoeuvrable that around RM50.
*
The one in the Shopee links is coaxial helicopter, very poor to move around. which is why in the video it goes up and down and spins a lot because poor rudder control. You will not going to enjoy flying such heli and will spent time struggling with control and more money to fix it. For something at RM50 its hard to find heli that is maneuverable. You should find Fixed Pitch (FP) or Collective Pitch (CP) heli from brands like Wltoys and Syma to get proper fun flying a heli. Here's my fun cheap Wltoys V911 fixed pitch helicopter.

how much does the whole thing costs?

do u need special permit for flyin or using the radio channel at that frequency?
*
If you build your own like that F22 it only cost around rm500 including radio, battery charger and other necessity to start R/C. No need permit using radio channel because its running on common 2.4ghz channel almost like digital wifi technology with certified CE or FCC stamping on the radio. Else they wouldn't allow to sell at local hobby shop. nod.gif

how far the radio distance?

if you fly outside the range what will happen?

by the way, these things wont disturb commercial airline meh? i thought last time got a drone cause the entire airport to stop functioning and lawmakers want to ban drones
*
Only 500m else will loose signal and land glide down. Its a normal R/C plane, so not so advance as drone stuff. More like R/C car radio or your bluetooth signal so it does effect anything. You'll need skills and experience to handle all those R/C tech stuff.

Hi, guys. Hoping this is the right place to ask for help. I am looking to buy prepreg carbon fiber sheets in small quantities like 1m X 2m for a small fixed wing project. Does anyone here have a source? Tried a wet layup but the results are not satisfying due to the complex surfaces. Thanks in advance
*
Hard to find carbon fiber sheet in R/C hobby shop but you can find them a lot at automobile custom workshop since they use it to custom fabricate panel and dashboard for cars.
