Just got my nazgul5 v2 6s today. Holy crap the motor power scares me. Havent got time to test it yet. So far its a pretty well built machine

Thought its easy to fly lol,how i was so wrong..broke 1 propeller..basically the drone just cutting grass all along hehe.
Now still training in simulator first.

Did you fly in acro mode, stabilized or horizon mode? Try horizon and any stabilization to keep the drone upright for you for easy flying. Acro mode is too much to handle.

wow...you first time fly? 6s is a lot of power for first timer.


its been a while i fly my custom quad..
plan a coming back,
any local/oversea quad to suggest i buy new (my old quad probably 5yrs more, and never lift up for pass 3 year)
just some basic acro? (yet really get skill in it because tapak i fly before covid mostly full of people)

Angle mode, the airmode made it crazy, so disabled it with a help from drone instructor. Then all ok liao..just that couldn't find big space to often fly.
Yesterday mingle with acro trainer mode, but somehow always RSSI lost. Now still figuring out what went wrong.

Ya cos that time seller say 4s no stock, so buy 6s only. Dunno much about 4s vs 6s until someone explained to me lol.
After fly then know how 6S is. the power distribution punch is awesome.

You can buy from rchopez on shopee, thats where i bought mine. Guy is super friendly will even send whatsapp video explaining the functions etc.

6S is too much power for 1st timer, for sure. also 6S batt are heavy and more expensive.

when in acro, you need air mode on. so you can flip and roll with zero throttle. but air mode is meant to be use....when in the air. so put it on a switch and don't try to land or take off with it. don't be Joshua Bardwell and enable air mode all the time. it just creates headache .

i'm pretty much their recurring customer.....along with AllanRC.

me current using radiolink shop customer service suggest I change radio.

not yet decide go or no, because if i go radiomaster, there will be another 1K invest on radio but not on quad lol

i'd say stick with what radio you have, unless you actually have a need to upgrade. like needing the MPM and external module flexibility.

openTX is awesome and powerful, but the learning curve is harder. in the beginning, you'll spent more time configuring the radio than actually flying .

me not really an acro flyer...even tho got basic acro 250mm with 4s(slightly overspeed on prop)
i xpernah acro lol...also one of the reason i have 'vertigo syndrome' something like that.
Not sure can goggle or no, but try to use monitor if possible (still yet buy)

Not really lah, its just matter of how one is either passive or aggressive. if 4S also, with heavy hand it can become super aggressive also.
Myself, im not aiming to be those precision flyers who can power loop through buildings or making orbit along small openings lol.
I just enjoy the freedom of being in full control of the drone compared to DJI's.
