now that property value is dropping..luckily i sell off early...if not rugi 10% as per now.. lot ppl throw price due to bad finishing, lousy management, 33 cents maintenance fees and robbery

Better not to disclose it here but in kl area...very sensitive issue for the owners there. now fight against developer in high court. oh ya...fight in high court because developer don't want to pay LAD and bad finishing.
