no impact i guess....my 1st house also late kao kao....just pay LAD only then settle..

n i really doubt who signed on May or June 2012 when the project not even launched yet?

it's kinda unfair for block A owner to pay the maintenance fees without enjoying any facilities...unless they waive it until common facilities and block B ready...
