Those on waitinglist are being called in I guess ... as the earlier purchasers loan applications are not successful.

finally have time to visit the show unit
like the living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2 but dislike the ensuite in master bedroom (juz long but not wide enough) other than that, bedroom 3 and study room, the space is a bit cramped kitchen is a bit small, maybe need to design open plan kitchen layout overall, my first impression of the viewing is 7 out of 10. |

I feel this project can beat window on the park... The design more or less the same with WOTP...
But the price is pretty for CASA green... That why I'm one in the waiting list as well... |

Unless you are the first one on the waiting list... coz too many ppl on that list... and the unit that you are getting might not be the one that you like..and alot below those low level 1... I mean, if pay like 15psf extra to get one unit, why not rite?? Anyway, interested party, I still got one penthouse and 1 10floor+ to let go... Thanks.
