The new Nu comes with fancy gimmick parts which jack up the price, but 2000 more for a few pieces of clear plastic and a stand which the HiNu already has? Nah, you pay for the new technology and likely more little pieces of plastic for the detailed armour.
I reckon the new Sazabi will be as detailed as the new Nu. It would be blasphemy if they dumbed down the Sazabi while improving so much on the Nu. I say around 10000 yen, complete with a Neo Zeon stand and funnel effect parts like its rival.
more then 2000, i'll say its closer to 3000 you hav to factor in the die cast parts in the old Nu. I dun think its just the stand + some funnels holder + details that jack up its price. We all know the LED is optional so that surely isn't it either. Bandai states that there is a SECRET to Nu that will be revealed in gunpla expo. I assume its this SECRET + display base + funnel holder + some funnel gimmick (yet to be seen) + double fin funnel (dun understand this statement) that will be the main reason for its price.

As for Sazabi, youre probably right on the pricing if they included all these gimmick like the Nu. The price isn't really the prob but the product better justify its pricing.

The-O is a weird case. It's expensive due to its massive size and hence requiring much more plastic, yet the articulation and detail don't justify its price. To be fair, such a chunky mecha shouldn't be expected to do splits or somersaults anyway. The interesting thing about The-O is that the final product didn't really differ much from its original prototype despite the years in between them. Seems like Bandai engineers just took the old kit and released it without any improvements at all.
Bingo on the prototype part, it didnt differ much from the prototype and final product (a prototype that has existed years ago mind you) hence RnD shouldn't b the reason for its price. Size is not an excuse either, exs is bigger, has more runners, has more plastic parts + a PG style display base to boot yet its much-much more cheaper. So in the end the pricing come down to Bandai being a herp-derp or they are experimenting on the market. Given the respond, ill say Bandai will be reluctant to sell a MG kit more then 10000yen.

I hope that if there's an MG Nightingale, Bandai doesn't get lazy and just release the old prototype which has shitty proportions.
A HGUC will suffice for the red space coackroach. MG would be ridiculously huge.
MG Nightingale? typo or u meant HGUC? At any case its chances are slim, its not animated (at the very least Hi Nu got the Evolve treatment), Beltorchika's Children ended years ago, it opportunity was to ride the Hi Nu popularity and release it one after the other. Bandai misses the boat. From now on, Bandai would probably focus on Unicorn and Origin and whatever the new TV series will be. Depending on the hiatus time, Bandai may venture into it but there is also alot more other stuff Bandai could make that would rake in the $$$$$$$.
