QUOTE(carpathia @ Dec 16 2012, 09:15 PM) why this thread so quiet!? In that review he talks as if the Nu gundam is expected to transform like the Unicorn, and the fact that it has limited transformation makes it underwhelming. I've not seen many reviews lately that understand the function of the transformation is not to mimic the Unicorn but rather the last ditch attempt Amuro puts in during the psycommu thingy resonation while pushing Axis away from Earth. The position of the thrusters on the backpack in the transformed mode shows that. Perhaps the funnel connection bit is frustrating, but the transformation to me is an added bonushmn....the MG Nu ver ka review not so positive http://toymakerinc.blogspot.com/2012/12/fi...dam-ver-ka.html |

Genoace004 - this hobby no need to rush la....building a HG, MG , PG and RG have their own challenges and surprises to be discovered. i stick to MG bcos i love the exoskeleton..... ive built a PG before and it was very taxing bcos it really takes a lot of time to patiently build one
btw - mate, can you please remove your signature image - too big and its a pain to load |

QUOTE(HxiiiK @ Dec 18 2012, 05:56 PM) while i'm not in favour of the collapse of a country's economy, yen x0.003 and below sounds damn good lowering the exchange rate of an export driven economy is by no means collapsing its economy, in fact it'll oni help them. By lowering it their products will be cheaper in foreign market giving them more competitive pricing without physically lowering its quality. Export wise, the lower exchange rate the better it is which is why China is actually forcing its currency to hold at a low value since their r a major exporter. The problem with Japan is their abit selfish. Alot of good stuff that ppl all around the world would want but they keep it to themselves, exporting outdated products while still charging it at a high rate. Its a cultural problem and no politician in Japan would want to address it since its politically suicidal. on the subject of gunpla, lowering it ofcus will benefit us the buyer, but it'll oni affect new stock stuff. Current stock will remain the same since business owners obviously do not want to incur loses as a result of fluctuating exchange rate. What worse is that some of these business actually even use it to their own benefit by buying it when the rate is low but charging it at old rate by claiming that its old stock. |
