Training them will increase our metabolism rate, which will increase our training effectUgh. I hate leg days. Truly. |

QUOTE(ibanez @ Sep 21 2012, 06:25 PM) I feels that i am the only one who train and legs which feel like doing squatting, DL, calves raises, etc.... . i only manage to do light weight BB squatting without racks. Hello, newbie here. My gym mates here only doing leg presses and leg extension with machines.. Here's how I compensate for the lack of a squat rack. And I only do it when I have a spotter. Added on September 21, 2012, 11:16 pmYea, it isn't as safe as having a squat rack but better than nothing, IMO. This post has been edited by TechnoDude94: Sep 21 2012, 11:16 PM |

My friends said it will..But I need good advices from you guys I guarantee you squats will stunt your growth. 101%.Stunt your growth horizontally, that is, not your vertical growth (height). It sure has helped me stunt the growth of my tummy... |

Doing squats actually activates the most muscles of your body, especially you're doing those super-heavy one.
I myself don't really like leg days, but I'm proud of my legs Well, I used to do squats with smith machine until the squat rack is available in my gym though not much people is using that squat rack. |

QUOTE(vanpersie91 @ Sep 23 2012, 02:45 AM) From my experience of dealing with three injuries, I would say that lay off from the weight is a way. That was what I done for my shoulder injury. Taking some glucosamine, fish oil and avoid putting stress on the injured place. For my knee and wrist, I lift weight to cure them. By having a tougher muscle around the joint, it helps to hold the join together and make it much less painful and after quite some time, I'm pain free. It seems that the two advice are the opposite but hell I can't explain them |
