Depends on what you are meaning by factory reset.
Full wipe / factory reset using recovery system will not remove root.
Re-installing official firmware will remove root.

No..you still got root. Make sure your backup is in external sdcard thou biggrin.gif

I try to kill touchwiz using tb since im using nova launcher now.but i dont see the option to kill the touchwiz.

Are you sure.? Look under TwLauncher.
But i prefer use switcher instead of freezing it.

yes I only ori set only got 1year
unless buy from senq (but 2nd year warranty provided by them)

btw, grey s3 got 32gb ori set ? my bro looking for 1 due to LTE s3 SGD 998 just for faster internet and 2gb ram =.=
