can I use shahz method and use existing gmail account already with wallet information?

I think it is better for me to remove the ccard from my wallet first.. then only start google play store

pisen is actually a pretty good brand for battery and related accs..
I've used their psp and slr replacement battery.. much cheaper but similar performance to the ori counterpart..

it seems that google fraud detection system kicks in and locks accounts out. even for people without the play credits.. maybe something to do with ccard being flagged?

have you tried email google wallet support? maybe an issue from wallet.
google play help centre do respond, I think I contacted them last dec but they just pasted standard answer to me and refuse to help me further. maybe they jus choose to ignore your questions.

login to wallet.google.com click on help and the select help centre. there is an option to select contact us.

not such a big deal since u can still access what you have purchase, consider lucky already. they do have the right to all together ban the account access. if you have used steam.. a ban means every single games gone..
just create a new account and buy from there. I am not sure if the ban the specific card number or not.. anyone who got banned tried create another account and buy from existing ccard before?

The credit remains even after deleting the card.
well if they have region restriction on purchases, a US account always buying from outside the region will probably flag the system.. if they really want to take the region stuff seriously.

in the first place it is our fault for exploiting vpn to get the 25$. yeah buying a lot from exploited credit is..

in cases of steam, if you buy exploited games key(from different region) the game may be removed or you may receive ban as well. oh they do, especially during sales.. suspect of buying and selling cross region. suspicious activities even traded items can be removed because the item received is frauded and when you trade for it, u jus lose your games. quite scary sometimes these online asset.. the good old days with cd/dvds no matter what you still own it.. online account, 1 click can ban everything..

after trying a few custom rom I went back to stock.. still the smootest so far..

I am just curious did any of you guys that got banned actually tried to register more than once to get the 25$ on multiple gmail?
