tested the black swan 86 yesterday. very impressed with the swim action. i own the osp bent minnow as well and I can say that the black swan is the better buy... sure, you'll lose some details as compared to the osp, but i don't think the fish minds...

So here you have it, set amongst the lush foothills of Kampung Sungai Buaya, I have started this small enterprise. We have recently stocked up the pond with ROHU, PATIN, TONGSAN and PACU. There is already a local population of Haruan, Ketutu and Sebarau.

Sizes should range from 800g onwards for most of the fishes.
Opening Hours are 9am - 9pm
Closed on Wednesdays for maintenance BUT we are open every other day, inclusive of public holidays.
The normal house rules apply, e.g ( No innards of animals of any kind, no 3 point hooks etc...)

Charges start from RM10.00 per hour.

Apparently there are Soon hock, haruan and sebarau also. Dunno how many only.

Go jurassic test la....the only thing that will hantam a minnow on the listed fish stock on sg buaya is the Pacu which i think not a very suitable fish to test the bent minnow.

I think the pacu won't take bent minnow, but I always wanted to try out the 40mm baby minnow on pacu, or the ladybird lure
According to fb they got toman also.

You need lure like spoon and flutterstick as pacu mostly bite on the free falling motion. Very seldom pacu chase swim or jerk bait unless big ones lik 2kg and above specimens. Though there are always exception but I think you would have more dun testing against predatory fishes.

Considering its 10bucks per hr I figure its not really a good place to test lure.
