May i know which part of johor??

Added on November 7, 2012, 9:36 am

I can... biggrin.gif
Shall we?

Added on November 7, 2012, 9:39 am

LOL...
Not a boat car ler... smile.gif

Fiberboat that can accomodate 3 caster comfortably. Easily up the rack with 2 pax. Thruster ready. Battery ready. Truck with roof rack. Loaded with 3inch extra height for clearance. 32inch mud terrain tyre.

Furthermore, that place you mentioned, no need such high clearance ride ler smile.gif

The whole journey of 6~7KM have plenty of ponds and lakes, mostly on the right as river is on the left.

I've explored most of the lakes there, even the most hideous one with Bro Chun a couple of time. So if you could provide some visual of the lake, i would be able to tell which is which and part of the lake that is productive... smile.gif

Added on November 7, 2012, 9:40 amBTW, bro Fishon and YJ,
I am available tomorrow morning. text me if you guys decided to go

Possibly no need thruster haha but will make it easier. Sounds like a beast of a car.

Clearance will help due to the rain. Pot holes are big! at the moment. Poor YJ, no wonder his bumper is all cracked haha

Correct.....lots of ponds on right...however where we fished pond was on the left. The river flows into the lake.

I've got some pics....will attach it in another post. not sure if u can recognise it cause like i said....lots of water now

Thought the east coast season is closed at the moment?

Bro Kayent and Viox,
That place can be easily accessible, provided with a stock condition car. Any lowered car not able to access. smile.gif

Hmm year end coming, time to clear my 25 days of leaves... muahahaha weekday fishing lai lai hehe

Added on November 7, 2012, 5:49 pm

water splashing starts at 630am, and PB there goes hiding as early as 10am.
Those heading to Prima this weekend, due to the rainy days, expect some soft soil and mud. Bring some bottles of water to clean yourself up.
Extra clothings in case some mishaps.

Ok ok. I'll decide tomorrow. But keen on hitting btg berjuntai again

Added on November 8, 2012, 12:22 pmQuick question. Say if u guys are hunting toman at a place like btg berjuntai. What pound leader do you use?
I normally go 10 or 15lb fluro.
Having never really caught a big "wild" toman. How hard do they fight?

Nothing much really. Shoes will possibly get wet and dirty. Bring water. That's about it. Lures if u got. Yj uses live frogs.
