s-flow + bullet still too loud? Mayb ur muffler or bullet fibre oredi bakar? From my experience, don't use 2 bullets as it will effect your drivibility. Although it does damped the NV but there seems like a slight lag from stop and go and your pick-up suffers.

Mayb u can replace ur bullet with a heavily dampened muffler or replace ur muffler with a mugen twinloop (or a replica)

U can only shift ur powerband with basic mods, to extend u need to spend major $$$.

I heard from the exhaustman that the placement of the centre bullet does effect the powerband: Closer to xtractor - better pick-up, further from xtractor - better topspeed, is this true? But then this was the same exhaust man who told me 2 bullets gives more power  doh.gif

Umm..so you're suggesting that i leave it as it is? The exhaust sound seem quite loud...I wonder if there are any other solutions sweat.gif Prefer not to revert back to stock la..

My satria neo CPS mid section piping is 1.75inch, my rear muffler 's piping is 1.7inch(because come with the muffler).. Will increase back pressure but wont cause restrictive airflow right when the air pass from 1.75 piping to 1.7.

ur setup is still ok coz when exhaust gas reaches the mid section, it starts to slow down due to decrease in exhaust gas temperature... hence, u need to create a bottleneck so exhaust gas can flow through it faster and exit quicker...

Not flames, "sparks". If misfiring, sure got loud sound. And the sparks came after the car slowing down to idle.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of having single bullet and multiple bullets (can ones having more than 2 bullets in an exhaust system?)?
I do understand that having bigger muffler will produce less noise (or am I?) but what about the tips? bigger = better or it's just pure cosmetic?

Thank you sifus in advance for answering smile.gif

spark like how? i've seen a muffler sound like "pongg2" which its not a flame, its more like small xplosion at the muffler tip.. c it at toyota celica mechanical version (which come in 1.8 vvti if not mistaken) while following it..

More bullets, better sound dampening, more back pressure. Most setup requires at most 2 bullets. This also very much dependent on piping size, muffler type, extractor n engine tuning.

The tip size is mostly for cosmetic purpose.

that 1 is rev cut but not the convention rev cut by stopping the injector but rather shutting off the ingnition
normally this is done to race car by using stand alone ecu
the fuel continue pump by moving piston and flood the exhaust system and later the ignition restart and burn all the unburnt fuel result in a small explosive like u said lo
the logic is the unburnt fuel generraly cooled the combustion chamber for the moment

or the second way is my way
this apply to carb engine and manual only

first get to speed then press ur clutch the switch off ur engine not to lock but to acc to kill the ignition
later when the ignition system is off release the clutch to make the engine run to pump and flood fuel inside the whole exhaust system
then switch on and will hear a pap sound thumbup.gif

3rd way is just lousy maintain engine and misfire accured
nuff said doh.gif

What is the intention of the second one mentioned above? rclxub.gif And what does a driver get by doing it?
