All UMTS2100 base station in my area is seriously all down, none of them have H signal, and instead tried all and get 3G speed and blue Led in huawei E372,..

after i did try everything, finally switch to UMTS900 tower, at least UMTS900 tower still can get HSPA+

and speed stable 9.5~10.5Mbps in IDM,.. whewww,..

unlimited package seems like impossible..other country have LTE outside is not implementing unlimited also..

are you saying the biz fiber plan? or the 4G plan?
i have this feeling because maxis did introduce unlimited package to public but closed at the end.
seems like they encounter congested problem or benefit reason which im not sure.
but it could be unlimited if they plan to attract new customers from other telco but i guess it wont be last long.

Came back from my Korean colleague's house, she is located at level 23 and Maxis is barely touching 1.5Mbps. Hopeless betul if living in high rise buildings in Malaysia.

She innocently asked why Malaysia telco didn't fix this, she said in Korea, once you complain about slow speed, the next day they will do is to install indoor antenna in your place. I told her Malaysia is like this one.

When she saw 1.4Mbps on Speedtest, she asked me how slow is this? I asked her what was the speed she got in Korea, she answered 100Mbps or 1Gbps, can't recall, she said. I told her if it is 100Mbps, that means this speed is slower by 100x.

Then she also commented our broadband is expensive, she only paid around RM 70 and can get such high speed in Korea.

In short, I told her, when it comes to Internet and public transport, please lower down your expectation by 100x compared to Korea.

No dial up is that expensive. Seems like some of the dialup info are jumbled up here. Dial up up to V.92 standards could only reach 56kbps, did not see any higher, I used dial up until 2003.

all dialup cost 1.5 sen/ min to ISP and 1sen or 1.5 sen/min to Telco

unless you use ISDN which will provide you speed of 64kbps or dual at 128kbps at 3 sen/ min to ISP and 1.5 sen/min to Telco.
