oh yeah, 12-14 DMLs are expensive and since you want 300 again on main, boy, 2b easily. I think try getting like 300 dex but 250ish vit, the bonus 10% can already la. but i think la, unless you use lots of bola, a EA DML would be a better choice.

Out of boredom but the downside is can't kill elites. Just thrash mobs.

nicely geared? no way man. I cincai assemble the barb within 1 day and the total cost is below 300m. Gems are from storage long time ago when I was flipping them for PVP and it was dirt cheap back then.

most expensive piece is the EF at 70m but apart from that, each piece is pretty cheap imo.

yeah can't kill elites and i don't really bother either. just take it for a spin when i'm bored with my DH.

Yeap keep 2 MP10 only. I can take one fallen maniac explosion but the worst thing is after they explode, a swift skull cleaver or those porcupines come whack you. =)

I wanna kill elites but i can't. It takes too long even with HOTA. Can't complain la.

Yeah farming thrash mobs with barb is fast and effective but I can't farm DE. =)

oh yeah, I was advised to go mempo, inna's too but then i'm sick of mempo n inna. and besides, i can keep berserker up with my AS and those two parts are expensive.

My DH kills faster thrash mobs or elites. The biggest difference here is the mobility and the ability to handle larger crowds.

Speed of killing wise I still think my DH is way faster but with berserker and sprint, the whole gameplay feels faster.

Yeah me too. I prefer moving around or it gets boring. And if play with CM wiz, I can't see whether I HOTA accurate or not. If play solo, HOTA moving elites are just annoying.

oh btw, unless HOTA deals like 2m per HOTA, I still think my DH faster.

but the best thing here is, everything is CHEAP. =)

Is you damage solid damage as in always consistent or inflated damage from AS, CC and CHD?

I don't know how rend build goes about but from my time with my DH, inflated DPS from AS, CC and CHD are never reliable. One second you are dealing insane damage and the next second, the damage is just sad.

my barb gears lousy one la. But is good enough to do keep 2 so i'm happy.

and i'm using it hoping to find stuff to fund my DH.

Don't bust your brains man. Barb gearing is relatively simple. 5p IK and you are set to go on Mp10. Ok la maybe can't kill elites la. Haha.

I have 30 paragon levels of experience so I can't speak much but 5k IK set is not expensive at all. I made my barb with 300m and I'm sure most barbs here have a weapon that cost 500m.

With that IK belt, you probably just need an LS weapon and you're good to go.

And yeah, i think barb builds with memo/twh/inna's are way more expensive than 5p IK.

well don't need for bloodthirst if you have IK belt. And btw, 5p IK looks way much cooler.

Is better to have mitigation that depend on AS for life regen. If you are depending on AS for life regen, it'll be good in ideal situations when everything falls into place but there's always that oh crap moment or smth similar and next thing you know, you're dead.

if rend build works like archon build then avg dmg > as.

assuming rend style works like archon where AS is not important, stacking tons of average damage will be much much better.

Try to go for rings that have high average damage. I think average damage should be your priority followed by CHD. If you wanna deal real damage, go find rings such as unity and wailing host. 4% bonus against elites on each. Find one with avg dmg, CC and CHD.

don't be fooled by the damage gain from AS weapons. Trust me on this cuz i've played a DH after all =P

oh emeralds will always be better for every class except the DH where they have too much CHD.

and str DPS gain scales with your DPS and total str.

CC and AS mostly gives you paper DPS but average damage, primary stats, elemental damage gives you REAL damage.

My archon is at 1.77 APS and the beam does 300% (25% extra if select improved archon rune). I melt elites within 10 seconds.
Rend deals like 700%? Imagine you stack tons of average damage and that total is being added to your skorn's damage range. Your rend is gonna hurt real bad.
