Thanks to their size and strength, barbarians can dominate a melee with nearly any combination of weapon and approach, though they tend towards massive and imposing weaponry. Barbarians are no strangers to the pains of battle, and often fare better in the midst of several opponents, taking and giving cuts, than when attempting to chase down single targets.

2. 1kdps 2H 1800LoH 0.95 att spd + free socket

^^Your barb can definitely survive Act 1 Inferno with the 2H weapon, no problem but I think it's better to use 1H 600 LoH weapon (of course I suppose, no harm in trying out the option 1 weapons) and a shield for Act 2 & perhaps, Act 3.

2 ways you can go,
1) WW Barb. If possible, get 2 x weapon with 900+ LOH. And it is bonus to have additional LOH from the rings or amulet (I'd choose amulet since it can have 400+ LOH).
Besides, it is very common for weapon to have both LOH & LS. Get it if you can get them.
2) High DPS (70K and above). You can use shield with this build.

Just to comment on 2H weapon, it is too slow for a Barb.
And you will have lower LOH return.
If you really want to have 2H weapon, get IAS from other gears.

As you got all your gears from loot, I think you can use it to roll A1/A2 inferno and see how far you can go.
