What I know usually those ppl said "buy later" or wait "price drop" will not buy any property by end of the day. Eventually no such happy not happy or regret not regret... No buy then just continue stay with their rich family or use the money buy bigger car lor.

It's not very high rental in this area by very HIGH DEMAND ON UP PROFILE LIVING here. Pay higher to live with higher profile residents.

Highrise: might lower capital appreciation but depending on location + high rental = not required strong holding power.

I don't see any lost if the purchase got holding power. Those let go with lost price is at financial problem or personal issues and the transaction will replace with potential property holder. The more transaction, the higher benchmark and stronger holder.

Don't need to prove boss, most of the bank can easily get value 650k for studio now. Nothing surprise. 650k is consider very good price for buyer, I was expected min asking 1150psf.

Yes, for sure buyer can get 1kpsf but depend on which floor. Those owner (flipper which I think most of it is developer staff) who willing to let go at 1kpsf will be lesser and lesser after first round transaction. 1150psf for arnica, buy now stay now. Different with Dianthus.
