Their introducer letter terms was stated a clause saying that trop reserve the right to not pay the said referral fee at their sole discretion. This is what I remember, you may clarify with trop.

Anyway I don't see TG got this issue. Demand is there, is just lower rental or value upon VP during this cooling period. Once digested, price will go up again.

When phase 1 launch the time also the ppl say the same thing like now.. "This psf price so expensive how to make money in future?". Worth it or not is depending how individual make their value judgment.

Phase 1 cheapest psf from rm750 for big size unit. Rm800++psf for one or two bedders. Of course not enjoy so much freebies like what Tropicana giving now since phase 1 selling like FOC property.
