on a side note, the progress quite fast. can see the apartment (both arnica n bayberry) n the mall shaping up well. Tropicana's HQ might relocate here also. Still waiting for the hotel brand. Hopefully a good 4 star hotel like aloft

I thought Bayberry was the closest to the station? further away means more noise? I think hotel n opis same tower...tall tall one.. hotel usually 10-15 floors enough

BUT, like u said, they might need to revamp the plans IF they wan to move corp office over.

this plc actually very good, but they price bayberry so high they now kena big time. that's the miscalculation. and bayberry buyers now sure regret I think.

what ever it is, either the hotel or the mall better be super super good.

I think many retailers would rather operate from Empire City Mall la.
This KD mall should serve the whole guthrie corridor also right? Denai Alam side gt a lot of new houses n SD is not gona build any mall for now. dis is only 12km from Denai alam biggrin.gif

They definitely have changed their plans since the launch of Arnica, even the mall has changed shaped, if you notice from the brochure for Arnica, the mall has a more geometric design whereas the new one is more curvy. Also there was no hotel or 5th tower in Arnica brochure.

Of course plans will change all the time.

Current mall n overall design/concept of TG is much btr than before. last time jus looks like 4 buildings n 1 mall..now 4+1 n mall with beautiful design..

Btw, will the mall be open at night for ppl to walk to the MRT i mean after 11 n all?

yea very workable cos giza many pubs etc.. night shld focus more on FnB la. i know some if not most AEONs operate until 11pm on friday, saturday, sunday. biggrin.gif

I guessed so as well.. i knw ppl living near toll plaza (KJ apartment near subang toll) say super noisy.

nvr met anyone staying near train station.. how will TG buyers stand the noise ah? dis train is not so noisy but u cn see this video cos this warsaw train uses the same train as KVMRT. Our one supposed to look nicer la rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

900-1000psf beside MRT is doable. Investors are looking at expat tenants who wanna travel with the MRT n live above a BIG n GOOD shopping mall. i think high end props can jalan beside the MRT.

Oh ya rmbr seeing the shield in the proposed pics. Shld be able to shield to quite a bit of the noise. One shld be prepared for more frequency in d future.

I think Arnica can easily pass 1200 psf if prices continue to rise 5+% per yr. Cascades is 1000 already n TG shld be more expensive la cos direct link to MRT+mall (im a mega MRT fan but still sad its not going to KLCC)

Yes n of all megaprojects by GLCs like kwasa, TRX, bdr msia etc, warisan merdeka has the fastest progress n will be the second one to VP (after kl metropolis). I still think centre of KL will be KLCC cos all the O&G companies are there
