All projects here lead to persiaran surian like all roads lead to Rome. One way out of the traffic is go through Segi there n get out via NKVE

But if you like Dijaya property with shopping mall concept and looking for rental yield can check out Tropics at Tropicana City Mall. Fully furnished one selling around RM500k+ and for those high floor facing pool can rent out about RM2,800 minus RM250 maintenance fee, yield is around 6%. Very easy to rent out, multinational good profile tenants
