How much are these worth? I also have a full playset of each of the dual lands, fetch lands and ravnica duals (120 cards in total).

I also have two playsets of force of will, a playset each of mana crypt, grim monolith, JTMS, Karn Liberated etc etc. Single copies of candelabra of tawnos, tabernacle at pendre vale, and every vintage or legacy card known to mankind. I also have playset of almost all playable modern cards like Vendilion Clique, Kiki jiki, splinter twin etc etc. I am missing tarmagoyf tho...

Any idea on the worth of a grasscutter's collection?

Oho, interesting, didn't realize there was an MTG thread in here!
At the rate the meta is going, yeah, its either lots of money or play edh with proxies
*
i've played edh in KL many times with different playgroups (i dont usually play as im a boardgamer) and most ppl are ok as long as you dont overdo it on proxies.

Hi Magic players,

Have you heard of Pucatrade?
It's a MTG card trading platform. You trade cards for points, each individual card is assigned to points called Puca points.
In terms of value, USD 1 = 100 puca pts.
So far I see not many Malaysian players are active in Pucatrade. In fact most of the cards I get come from other countries.

Signing up is free, and just by doing a few tasks you will get bonus Puca points.
List the cards you want, and once you have enough points for the card, other Pucatrade members will be able to send cards to you.
How to get more points? Send out more cards!
You can also buy points, but why would you want to do that?

Just another alternative for you to trade/buy/sell cards.

You can check it out here:

Pucatrade gets negative reputation these days. It was great around for a year after its inception.

Basically, the developer pumps in additional Puca points themselves into their Puca system. Reddit search should turn out some good read.

Ah I see, I guess that's why they revamped the system not too long ago with some point sinks for members to spend their puca points.
Hopefully they'll stick around for a while, I actually like that we are able to trade cards without the hassle of fair value, needing to top up with cash and so on.

Anyone know where I can get basic land cards? Planning to go Ipoh next month. Anyone with Hibiki? Do they sell them? Looking for non-played basic land cards.

This Saturday, April 15th is Magic Open House.

It is free and most shops do hosts it. You'll get a free Welcome Deck and a foil full art Amonkhet basic land. The aim is to introduce new players to the game.

I tried to go back MTG when shadow of innistrad was out, I find mtg now a days not like the good old days ...... all that block's card value drop so low at the end of cycle, drop even more after cycle.

A lot of deck are build without real theme, like basically any card that can win are mixed.

Back in the days besides duel the best thing I like was theme deck, zombie, vampire, treefolk, samurai, kithkin, etc ....

Now you still can make them if you want, but no one in active shop is playing any, mostly just build deck around dominating Planeswalker ....

I got mine from Top Decker (next to sunway piramid). The counter gave me about 300 pieces of land free(unopened in plastic). But of course i did buy some stuff from him.

One of the reason I left MTG. The other reason is mythic card.

Thanks for the info but not going to KL at anytime soon. Next stop will be Ipoh for me and was wondering if they sell cards or not. I tried their FB page but they aren't replying. I hope they didn't go out of business.

Where is the best place to buy MtG card sleeves in terms of choices and prices on a Monday afternoon in KL. I know a few places are closed on Mondays.

had a mixed feeling after attending some standard session last night. had a lucky draw and managed to burn and counter opponent's summons

at the end of game, he mentioned about, "bored of seeing these kind of decks in play..." well, it's true, seeing i was once at the receiving end...

Gb aggro it is then...
