In the old sgx website, there is a page where u select any reit, select divided, it shows the full history n curent.

When div declared, when ex date, when to be paid, etc. Official sgx data, not from 3rd party or calculated.

Now, i cant find same in new revamped site.

KDC's even better... price continues to rise today... 1.96, good volume too... no plans to sell now.

i had gone for the rights issue in 2016 at 1.155.
when these rights shares were traded, i actually went on to buy some more at 1.23.
if i had wanted quick cap gains and keep low avg price, could have sold those bought during rights issue instead of buying more!

i eventually sold off some at 1.4x last year.
now i wish i had kept them. tongue.gif

i have similar exp with capitacom... in 2017:
RIGHTS 2017-09-27 2017-09-29 166RSFOR1000SH @ SGD 1.363
capitacomm today 2.14 - just 2 years.

1.20? i thought u had since <1.00, no? maybe u had been buying as it went up...

my avg is 1.04, can take up rights issue - small amount, won't hurt the gross actual yield >7%.

sell or not... will sell small amounts when i need some cash.

been doing this all along, just never sell big junks at any one time.

if a reit is good and growing, average up is surely fine.

if it is crap or "foul play" like first reit, lippo... average down, u die faster. biggrin.gif

those who took preferential units wud hv paid up by now at 1.71.

now 1.99... paid 1.71 = +16%.

i see investors like us having a sour taste.

it is unlikely the price will appreciate much in the short term.

my avg price is 1.37... after several years, price is back to 1.37 today. biggrin.gif

i agree.

my experience over last 8 years, SGReits are not only safe but yield the best net returns.

i have not had a better experience with something else.

while not possible to say next 8 years will be same, good chance it will be.
