the SGX website has changed so much that i can't find SG REITS dividend info - dpu, x-date, pay date, etc.

anyone can provide me the right link page? tqvm.

In the old sgx website, there is a page where u select any reit, select divided, it shows the full history n curent.

When div declared, when ex date, when to be paid, etc. Official sgx data, not from 3rd party or calculated.

Now, i cant find same in new revamped site.

SINGAPORE - Keppel DC Reit has raised $478.2 million through a private placement of 135 million units at an issue price of $1.744 per unit, and a preferential offering of about 142 million units at an issue price of $1.71.

The private placement announced on Monday, drew strong demand from new and existing investors, which led to the book being approximately 9.3 times subscribed, the manager of Keppel DC Reit said.

The issue price under the private placement was at the top end of the price range of between $1.703 and $1.744, and was at a 2.5 per cent discount to the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of $1.7882 on the preceding market day on Sept 13, before the underwriting agreement was signed.

The issue price under the preferential offering has been fixed at $1.71 per unit, or a 4.4 per cent discount to the VWAP, on the basis of 105 new units for every 1,000 new units.

Units in Keppel DC Reit last traded at $1.80 on a cum dividend basis, up 2.3 per cent, or four Singapore cents on Sept 13. The company requested for the lifting of its trading halt late on Monday night following this announcement.

The new units under the private placement are expected to be issued on, or around Sept 25, while the new units under the preferential offering are expected to be listed on Oct 15.

Added : I just read the ST article posted by bro AV, the last para says : In a regulatory filing on Monday, the manager noted that both acquisitions, which are slated to be completed in the fourth quarter, are expected to be highly accretive to Keppel DC Reit's distribution per unit.

If I subscribe to the RI, my average holding price (AHP) will rise and the yield will drop. How to subscribe, bro ?

My AHP is $1.329.

Since the dpu is going to rise sharply (said to be highly-accretive in the filings), I will enjoy higher dpu collection even if my no of units do not increase !

I guessed back then, my holdings were not big enough, and I was more aggressive,... But I go with your points,... so long as the REIT is overall good and can sustain the incredible performance, why not ?

Somehow, I'm beginning to form the idea that net-net, ie with risk/return adjustments considered, SG REITs are still safer and has more opportunities for returns, for now,.....any opinions ?
