First Reit NAV = $1.02
Lippo Mall NAV = $0.39

Dont panic too much, the move might not happen and if they want to privatise it, they will have to pay some premium to NAV (The property cost) plus revaluation for this year as well.

Lippo mall is currently trading below NAV, that is why there is no panic selling now..

Got my Croesus rights units today ... applied for excess rights units , but only got 10% of what I applied for .... :-(

Nevertheless, today is the first day of trading for the rights units, price is holding up pretty firm ... above the TERP price of 0.815.

Croesus declared 2.08 cents dividen ...

few positives i liked:
- rights issues were over-subscribed by 218%.. this showed the investors' confidence in this trust...
- Croesus also renewed its commitment to distribute 100% of its income till June 2016
- NPI continues to grow due to organic and inorganic growth...

Good news for Starhill investors .... Looking forward to the bold part rclxms.gif

Starhill Global REIT announced that the master tenancy agreements for its Malaysian properties, namely Starhill Gallery and Lot 10, have been extended for a third three-year term commencing 29 June 2016. The total annual rental under the Master Tenancy Agreement for the third three-year term is RM84.4m, which is approximately 6.67% above the annual rent in the previous three-year term. Revenue from Malaysia accounted for 11.3% of SGREIT's 2QFY15/16 total revenue. Moving forward, SGREIT could also benefit from the Toshin rental renewal at Ngee Ann City, Singapore. The first rental reversion is due in June 2016, and the agreement allows for upward-only rental reversions, capped at +25%. Toshin accounts for 19.3% of SGREIT's gross rent in 2QFY15/16. Maintain BUY, TP S$0.84.

q'ed and sold some keppel dc 1.12 and capcomm 1.50.

both about 10% cap gain after 9 months.

will see what happens next. smile.gif

I sold fraser centerpoint too as it hits 52 weeks high and yield dips below 6%... It is amazing how reits had turnaround from roughly 9months to now.. Everyone was bearish on reits due to feds rate hike, to now ppl are bullish about it bcs of brexit and funds are flocking to high yield assets smile.gif

capita com is office-retail-hotel, not industrial.

sell or not at what profit, it's individual.

my rule is sell only if >10% cap gain and yield starts to look poor relative to others.
and surprise... just when u think keppel dc is at all time high of 1.12, it goes to 1.16.

hence the reason never sell all at at once. tongue.gif

Keppel dc reit on steroid today!!
Me q'ing to sell at 1.18, see if I have any luck today , 40min to go... smile.gif

1.18 is probably as high as it can go for now.

i am very tempted to sell a bit more tmrw if it stays there! biggrin.gif

Just feel that keppel dc reit is trading too high of a premium to its NAV... It is about 30% more than its NAV now and yields less than 6%...

sg reits remain strong.
strongest on my watchlist - keppel dc.

weakest - starhill global... virtually like a rock, does not move... 0.78-0.79. biggrin.gif

Today looks like another bullish day for reit or stock market in general, after strong rally last Friday in US ?

i have too much....  smile.gif

But if the yields are rising, why not?

i like Croesus. My biggest holding. Japan's 3Q GDP outperformed. Hoepfully it's good sign for their local consumers.

i have Aimscap, First, Suntec, Viva, etc
*
croesus is also my largest holding smile.gif
croesus also released their quarterly results last friday... numbers look good... its price is holding up pretty ok in recent selldown... hope it stays firm... if dips below 80cents, will collect more... smile.gif
at current 0.835 price.. its yield is close to 8.5% !!
