For those who started 5yrs ago, annualized return should be 10% per year... this is EXCLUDING the 20% gain in forex due to weakening ringgit...It has been certainly a rewarding experience for me...

Damn. sad.gif then no problem for you. Just transfer everything into SCB. Transfer in is free. If you can meet priority banking status, you can trade for free (no min comission but still got % comission + SGX fees) which will cut down your cost a lot.

AIMS not good result.

Actually Aims results is pretty decent.. q-to-q dpu for past 4 q has been stable and increase slightly to 2.78 cents..

The drop y-o-y dpu from 2.95 to 2.78, not sure why that happens..maybe due to extremely good year previously?

Damn la. When will the fed hike causes a sale for the reits? mad.gif Everytime hike, business as usual. The price never drop.
*
Unlikely the drop (if any) will be caused by the Fed hike, coz the news is already well digested by the market. There are few more Fed hikes in the pipeline in 2017/18, market already anticipate that and price in already.

I believed they would have worked out the above maths already,... what we unitholders need to be concerned with is : will we agree with 1.17 ? How many will agree ??
*
1.17 minus 1.055 = 11 cents premium over last trading price. 11 cents is about 1.5 yrs of "advanced" dividen...

hmmm..tough call.. if premium is >2 yrs of "advanced" dividen, then the decision is alot easier smile.gif

OK, the verdict is out ... 1.17+4.06 cents = 1.21
