What is your average purchase price? Yield is around 4% p.a. Technical analysis indicate downtrend, last time the lowest point was around 2.45.

Market seems to be concerned with competition from Digital realty's trust to be listed later this year and other REITs, slow acquisition and slow DPU growth. I don't know much about their ROFR pipeline but I know their sponsors still hold a few DC properties in HK and Indonesia. All SG DCs already passed to KDC, except from futuristic projects like the "floating DC farm".

You can average down then if you are fine with holding it for long term.

You can think of it like Capitaland spin off its real estate assets into business trust/REITs and list them with names like Ascendas, CICT, CLCT, ART etc. Mapletree spins off its assets into MLT, MIT, MNACT etc.

The same can be said about CDL's CDL Hospitality Trust, Keppel's Keppel DC REIT, KORE, Keppel REIT or even KIT. They are done in the same way.

So DLR is the sponsor, like Capitaland, Mapletree, CDL, Keppel etc while the listed REITs/trusts are like Ascendas REIT, MLT, MIT KIT etc.

The company's name is Seazen Asset Management Pte Ltd. Seazen is a Chinese real estate developer listed on HKEX (stock code: 1030)
