q2 dpu drop 10% to 1.8cents

this was one of counter that got away for me...will add if the price drop to mid 80s

I remembered you were not alone, they have some prop on very short lease remaining. I think at one point it was below 0.8 and basically just pick up.

Note this trend with most of the REIT, small dip down due to negative news then just pick up and run away

maybe I should start going in for RHT & AGT
