Thank you bro Hansel

I read some examples, if it is been offered at 1:1 then we will be able to buy 100% of our holding at 50%. How do we justify if we buy or not? How do we know the TERP?

Bro,... yes, a very good question here,....What happens then is from now, you will need to familiarise yourself with this ctr,... if the Rights Issues is really thrown out later,... we will be ready to READ the prospectus of the RI. The prospectus of the RI will detail out everything, incl the TERP calculation inside. Without a good background knowledge of the ctr/offeror, you will not be able to decide what is the best course of action to take.

I went through my first Rights Issue with First REIT many years ago,... smile.gif  and learnt the ropes from there.

Noted, meaning the management will work out the numbers but i guess ultimately the price correction will depends on market response.

Thank you

u hv to make $$$ work harder for you to make it grow faster.

Money grow from investments.

My opinion the fastest for young people... is still PROPERTY.. if want make 6 figures in 10 years.
as its LEVERAGE MONEY.

Young people can take LONG loan duration and once prop ready dispose for CAPITAL GAIN.

That will expediate the FUNDS build-up.

couldn't agree more

in this era very dilemma

the prop are likely to be borderline affordable, so you should jump in or not?

if market does down - you lose

if market go up and you dont jump in, forever chasing smoke

Property now so expensive in KV. How to buy? One house easily RM500k. Young graduates like me no chance to buy.

you have to find what you can afford, you want rental income or flip? tips: look at rumah lelong if you want rental. Then you have to study the risk cause of tenant profile

i was a little lucky when i started work my old man forced me to buy a studio at Nilai infront of Inti, now looking to dispose so that i can fund my next one. 200k can rent at 900/month you interested? lol

you would have easily earn 100k from capital appreciation... in less than 10 yrs?

u collect back 200k.. put in AIMS
u get back RM1,166.00

dun forget RM900 rental is not nett. still hv maintenance. CUKAI PINTU etc...

thats why .. i want dispose some of my properties. but no buyer at the price i want.
