I read some examples, if it is been offered at 1:1 then we will be able to buy 100% of our holding at 50%. How do we justify if we buy or not? How do we know the TERP? |

the prop are likely to be borderline affordable, so you should jump in or not? if market does down - you lose if market go up and you dont jump in, forever chasing smoke |
