Relax bro..dont panic la...make sure u read their FS throughly..
U see their cash and CF from ops improved...thats becoz their cash mainly in USD..and u see further they incurred forex loss near 2mil in 1H17 coz USD depn against sgd this year but mgmt speculate it will go up again in near future..but now they shortage of sgd to pay dividend etc so they borrow short term loan and hoping usd up then exchange to sgd.

but if bonus issue doesnt affect the shareholders, just more share # in principal. why is it going down so much.

that aside, I drove past tg pagar container port quite abit lately and it is very empty. Worrying

thought on Ireit? aware that dividend is twice a year and nect one is quite far out. Really running out of Reit counter to buy.
