Both up after trading halt

Sigh, I missed the boat to buy Sasseur REIT at around SGD 0.67, and another boat around SGD 0.80.

I should have listened to the recommendation from experts like elea88, prophetjul, bearbear, and so forth, to buy Sasseur REIT.

It is too late to buy the REIT now, as my yield may be too low, and there is very little margin of error, if the share price could have dropped in the future.

So, I have to divert my attention to other REITs.

They just can't stop buying...

Keppel DC REIT acquires second data centre in Germany. Keppel DC REIT has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Maena KG for the acquisition of 100% freehold interest in a shell and core purpose-built data centre facility in Kelsterbach, Germany, for €81.8

2 month @ 19/7/2019 = S$74,903.73  +S$4,110.59 or +5.8%
3 month @ 19/8/2019 = S$71,074.40  +S$281.26 or +0.4%
4 month @ 19/9/2019 = S$71,681.45  +S$888.31 or +1.2%

The 7th month return did not move much from 6th month at +1.9%

Still maintain +ve range since creation of portfolio every month

Yes China linked counters are hit. I'm definitely waiting to buy. This will blow over eventually with the impact no longer more than 1-2 months especially with the government taking swift action. It is not a HK situation/MNACT where long term uncertainty has to be priced in.

My holdings have been quite static since 2018, with the addition of Prime and Cromwell last year. Ascendas India was my biggest winner with cost price of slightly over a dollar only.

Yes,  the rally was really efforts by the major CBs to push up the stock market despite economic data showing otherwise. In fact, in 2019 few countries including Singapore was technically in recession s reported by news.. But nothing happened due to the 'QE4' (fed is still not admitting that it's a QE) and the market keep moving and finding every reason to go higher and higher ..

Oh and yesterday US market recovered from the drop due to the virus nevermind that the CDC starts to impose more restrictions on travel and contingencies etc, it's green!!  Even my Chinese ADRs were in the green! Black swan event or not, the market is determined to go up and up.

I am cautious, can't make sense it of it, but gladly go with the flow until the market decided it's enough or when QE stops.

In that context, you can decide for yourself to buy the dip now if you deem alright, after all it's your monies and the market still wants to move up...
