Both are at Tuas, apparently one should be ready early this year while another will be 2nd half

The port at Tg Pagar will be shifted to Tuas side so I guess they already have that in mind when these prop are been built.

Work in SG, always go Tuas so know the area quite well

The tuas port is still under construction, started since 2014/5....so will need few more years before the area boom. But most industrial warehouse are on this side anyway due to cheaper land

Construction has started 2 years ago but will still take time. They basically split to phases and started 2 phase, phase 3 currently under tender. Phase 1 Target to complete by 2020

agree with bro ram, decide what is your aim (return %) and work from there.

of course everyone wants to buy cheap but when is cheapest? I also bought at "high" time but if the return satisfy your aim, you should buy and "worry" when it goes down. if the fundamental of the REIT convinced you to buy back then, you should buy more when it goes down?

i believe you just have to type "XXX share price" on google then the graph will pop up. can see historical price up to 5 years

for old timer they are holding accordia like 50c or 60c, still make sense to hold lo.

at current 'forecasted' divvy, almost 10% le but market is worried? divvy coming all still selling. interesting.

I had a look at MCT, the yield seems not so attractive also?

Correct there is a monorail at vivo that get you into sentosa, vivo is linked with harbourfront (also come with jetty for speedboat going to Batam, all cruises stop here too)

Size wise may not be MV but i think it has similarity.

If for Vivo city alone, i will say go. But i haven't study their other property which seems more like offices.

I have DBS acc, everything was done online. You should call and ask.

CDP is very important, pls make sure they do it for you. my case my trading acc ready but CDP delay.
