Okay, to me chelsea is a rich club and capable club and i believe chelsea is not being run by bunch of stupid. But i believe they dare to stretch their banks like that because there is a strong financial back up in abramovich. And they just broke even last year after many years of abra reign shows how they spend and worry about it later. There are many ways to control expenditure, like hazards case, his fees is being paid secara ansuran. So its ok, its just that chelsea are always stretching their budget buying new players. It is envious but not everyone has owner like abra and sheikhs.

Not really for me, but when given the few chances afforded to him, he failed to take it. There are times when I thought he was really indecisive and suffering from a loss of confidence, often it looks like he doesn't know whether he should shoot or take his time.
