It goes to show that we over-rely on the likes of Lampard, JT and Mata..
for def, I believe Cahill and Luiz is a strong pairing there and our midfield options are above par already - no need Lamps so often since there are young ones who would need the experience more

The only thing disappointing other than getting just 1 point out of 3 is that Marin was on the bench..was hoping he will come of the bench but sadly it didn't happen

Romeu-Mikel didn't work. Mikel was given the more attacking role, while Romeu defensive. But it wasn't working. We need something special from the pivot.

Hazard played well, he got most if not all the freekicks outside the box. But most of them were disappointingly taken. I think had Mata been on the pitch, he and Hazard would have been very effective. But we be able to win against a mid-table team without one of our star player.

We didn't get to create that many chances, so hard to comment on Torres. But a striker at a club like this should be able to create something out of nothing in matches like this. Although he shows good energy, is starting to look less like a prolific striker.

I was hoping we'd manage to escape with a 1-0. But we weren't that lucky.

Truth is i dont know how much Chelsea earns, but if you feel that whatever Being purchased by abramovich so far is being funded by chelsea revenue + sponsorship alone this season is out of me
