Romeu is a defensive midfielder.

I look at his profile from ESPN to wiki.
suggesting he is a DM.
Even back in barca, he were used in that position.

There were quite a few DM like to venture forward as well.
depending on the coach instruction.

Oscar can't do Moutinho. unlike Mountinho; he were not able to do defensive on high level.
Unless he get stronger physical body I can't see he able to do defensive stuff at the pivot.
just my 2cent.
