The bridge is between maxim and commercial only. The commercial to sentral i.e. mrt not sure any bridge to be built by accolades. If no bridget then need to cross the road.

Always there are ppls cannot hold....i.e. weak speculator. Once it flushed out then price will be firmed. Many times, agents try to push down price nowadays based on one or two desperate deals.

Maxim products all same o same o...perhaps a bit darker color scheme may be added in certain part of the building based on their other vped projects. Wont be drastically different i think. Lol. Actual facade if compare to the filmsy brochure, already much better. Lol.
