They delivered the linked bridge with private lift go up to bridge entrance le (many buyers treat it as bonus) and on time. Quality wise, soley based on the pics posted by propcafe facebook recently looks ok. Jus wait for awhile lo, vp these few weeks time.

Agents are all waiting for thr unit to be ready....so many calls. Not sure it can translate to tenant occupacy smile.gif

So far Maxim Residence occupancy rate is high...so many.lights and common areas getting a lot of ppls nowadays.

Once JMB formed, can immediately get this rule out of the rule book. It is a revenge to buyers who choose not to pay thousands for their piping option. Bad move from developer.
