Therehas been info from developer that they are going to connect a bridge to the commercial block beside it and from that commercial block another bridge to phoenix plaza. Which means if you are taking the future MRT, its just walking thru the bridges to maxim residence.

Completion in mid 2016. By then the MRT should be ready?

any updates on the take-up rate? heard all corner units for block B have been snapped up already! any more details abt this development...like whats the facilities offered, indicative s&p signing date, etc...? called up n was told its not finalised yet. but if so, y are bookings being accepted already? went to the site frm the maps posted up earlier n the hoardings have not even been set up yet doh.gif

hope the taikors and taiches with lobangs can share more info!

By the way, since you have surveyed the actual site, is the land flat or hill slope?

If I recall correctly, the empty land opposite the 118 food court is actually flat.

It has gym, bbq area, children playground, pool and multi purpose hall. The commercial area has 2 floors i think (cant remember).
All 3rooms are kl view, the rest are pool view.
As i know block A still has some unbooked yet.
I think officially launch in april or may 2013. Until then only the materials are given.

sorry for the late reply...yups, its a flat land. the one with slope is actually the commercial area beside it, which is under construction now

i share the same sentiments - one lane in n one lane out... unsure.gif
if the 3 bedroom units are also given only 1 carpark, there is totally no space for parking even along the main road outside the condo...

They have 1room, 2 rooms and 3rooms
1room at 600+sqf, 2rooms 800+sqf and 3rooms 1000+sqf
All are given 1 car park only.

Pricing from Rm380/sqf up. Comes with DIBS.

Now is just booking only, not downpayment.
