Confirm got few sellers wanna let go dy, I did called agent and got few sizes on hand to choose, not sure whether this is contractor units or staff units or those wanna flip urgently before VP.

In 3-6 mths time we may know whether got such price.

Above is the asking price upon VP but if can fetch RM 900 psf, I am sure a lot ppl are tempted to sell inclusive my brother but prob is there are some units already on market for way cheaper.

TPM currently Phase 1 & 2 and now adding Phase 3, all surrounding Bukit Jalil stadium with a total spanning 600+ acres of land for all the super mass mixed development with AI and high technology city, and mentioned there are parcels allocated for residential, corporate towers and most of all, tech spec industrial parks. However, I still not sure which parcel is belongs to which Phase because too huge.

Albeit, it is almost an integrated large development but so far no intra to link directly to Bukit Jalil LRT. The positive note is, who is going to develop it, and if EPF jointly with IRIS Corp for all phases, thats gonna take them 30-40 years to develop. This is certainly the largest adjoining land with 20km radius to KL city.

Don't forget, MRCB also joint venture with EPF for the huge parcel of land in Bukit Jalil, near TPM Phase 2 or Bukit Jalil Sports City.

Take 50% of what agent said, now I saw agents quote RM 740-800 psf, some can nego and vacant units since VP.

But no longer interested into TA.
