Key ready to be collected once final loan disbursed by the banker. - for purchasers going thru bank.
No need to pay anything to get the keys as they will deduct in the 1.5% redemption money. Should roughly be 3.5k ish for all the deposits,fees, no payment till September or something. Balance can get 8k ish back... Can't wait...hopefully good quality. Any one managed to sell it yet or got interested buyers? |

Wow the corridor. VERY narrow for MY standards but positively luxurious for SG standards (min 1.2m there) so I guess it depends on your expectations
