(taking 70yrs old as the max age) but for youngsters, you might need to pay slightly higher should they cap the max tenure to 35 yrs..i dont think the different is a lot and not really significant |

cons:
developer only provide 1 air-cond point .. so u may need to do some drilling work, but i'm not sure wther we can do it with concrete block. |
