be cool bro. sended 5 items (3 ps3, and 2 psp) on monday at somewhere 5.50. the stuff suppose to clear yesterday evening. i have this same issue when sending custom hotwheels.


late skynet site update and etc. and it took a week for the stuff just to arrive at the owner zulhafiz at putrajaya.

FYI there are no pos office in puncak alam, instead there are only 2 shop that provide this service, one is a mamak grocery store (pos laju), the other one is a stationary store (skynet). the mamak store close the pos laju service at 5pm, while the skynet close at 10pm. both of this store is located a few kilometers from my shop, and the person who help me to post stuff is pie (you can see his picture helping me to teardown ps3 while i will reball it).

i usually use pos laju, more reliable and usually takes around 3days and max 4 days. but my friend pie have his own schedule, he has a kid and have to pickup his wife at 5, and if his wife do double shift it would be 10pm. so for this 5 items on that particular day i have to use skynet.
to add it up i sometimes do outside job like in arkib negara and a few other places, thus explain why in most cases if the customer is around KL or shah alam i will just drive to them and hand it over. but it will be a late delivery around 11pm or 12 midnight.

as for time of completion:
while its true faiz send around 3 month and few days ago. i only complete it after 1month+ when i got the thermocoupler to assist me in completing the thermal profile.

and for heavy rain 1month 3weeks and few days.

for both cases. if you take out the 1 month because i have dengue fever and go to pulau ketam (which i already inform).


im still under time schedule.

i do believe this stuff will be settle with a simple PM of the skynet receipt. which i will PM tomorrow. and if you don't mind can you guys wait? let the the store that provide this services do they job, and let the courier have their S.O.P. i didn't lie about anything, i did inform i didn't manage to send to customer, if i send i will say i send, if for any reason i didn't manage to send, i say i didn't manage to send on that day. and bro, you know this.

i dont use a smartphone, and i only have internet access by using a local CC. so if i reply late this is the reason why. as for calling me i usually with my phone at lunch hour, 6pm and 10pm. Else, just leave a txt, and i will get back, and if i reply late maybe i don't have credit, or maybe im working outside.

* Heck to be frank this is one of the reason i dont have any GF, most of them complaining i rarely txt them and care for them.*

Thanks to one of my customer Max txting me for informing me this guys issue. and i hope this reply and full explanation will explain a bit to customers on how things work here. and by mean 'here', i mean puncak alam itself, this place is still under developement. for some weird reason i dont understand why most stuff (skynet, pos laju, TNB, syabas) is HQ'ed at kuala selangor which really far away and makes procedure hard and takes time.
