ps: you should take the spare triflange out with you if you commute alot. when surrounded by a bunch of nice smelling indians, just shove them into your nose

on the connector/plug there's some codes with an ER on top and 4 numbers below, printed very tiny. eg : ER 0448
could u tell me what yours says?
