my 820 suddenly hang....appear "NOKIA" .....try to on-off pun tak boleh. Finally took out the battery and restart baru ok.

i got this problem last few days ago....the viber crashed when resuming. i let it resuming until it power off, after that cannot power on. press volume down and power also cannot soft reset...take the battery off, and back to normal
