With whatsapp standby all the time, how long the battery will last?

based on my experience using this phone for the past few days, 7am fully charged can last until 7-8pm before need to charge again.

not la, you will receive notifications, since it has a background service. But imo the messages for wp8 whatsapp arrives much slower than iOS and Android....... my android phone has rang for ~1 second+ and then only my 820 rings

the recent update is causing my battery to drain pretty fast, just idle. anyone experience?

mine seems like it's draining pretty fast too. turned on battery saver before i sleep, when i woke up it dropped to 86%, from full charge. Idle also the percentage could drop around 4-5%. Turned off all the unnecessary background stuff, and settings that i dont need. Any other tips?

just feeling something is running at the background. i charged fully at about 12am, and when i woke up at 8am, my battery reading is about 65%. no app running background, wifi on.

Do you guys turn on the 'flight mode' before going to bed? Try it and if it makes a big difference, it could be due to poor cellular signals in your area.

Nope, i usually don't turn on flight mode, sometimes afraid if there might be any emergency calls or messages for me.
Anyway, yesterday I tried turning off my data, together with wifi, location, etc. only mobile network is on. battery still 100% after i woke up in the morning. So there must be some stuff going on in the background i guess.
