check your card 1st trough card reader, fat32 or exfat
after that go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1772234
and choose what kind your card mod and save in memory card,
1st you must wipe everything including in phone memory by doing this *2767*3855#
after that go to recovery, wipe data cache dalvik cache
flash any rom, flash extmod and reboot

64gb external sdcard definitely supported
However some rom support only fat32 format
Check rom specs on this

Quite unhappy about the low memory cache in s3.

Even on facebook, after a few pages down, the lag begins and stalls.

When using dolphin, sometimes i get kicked out back to main menu (force ckose)

My 32gb micro sdhc should be used as option for cache

Sandisk 64GB class 10 card by default should be exfat format.

Btw you are using normal clockworkmod or clockworkmod touch? The writer said cannot use ClockworkMod Touch right?

Ok, backup-ing all the data to my laptop now, & re-format to fat32 then try the whole process again.
