I am pretty sure the pricing is very marvelous too. Even Phase 1 already sky high...

Hmm, maybe at least RM 800 psf onwards????

Dk group is a leather product company.. Use to cover events for them.. They made leather seats for proton.. Now venturing to property..

I am aware of this company as well. It is amazing now everyone wanted to be a real estate developer.

Yeah, it's amazing because of good earning and profit ... but I think DK are over ambitious with their too high end product at such untested area with a such untested market. The biggest issue is can this developer product to every penny buyer paid?

The price is not cheap and super expensive than even what Sunway Group selling ... Of course, the plan now and facade is everything 200% looks better than 50% of the MK condos, but do-able, no?

i saw the model on DK factory in Puchong.. if my memory serves me right, its not quite the same as the artist impression.. this rendering is definitely more 'wow'

Wannabe developer will go bust should anything happen to the property market.
Just like mah sing icon city. Original sketch artist impression is totally different.

waaa... talk until like that.. hopefully they will not ruin up the surrounding place as KK, Zefer, Atmosfera aso able to view that area... dont wish to view abondon project.. haahhaa..
