if proton really allocated a car for you then your SA should not have a problem giving you the info..

LOU- Letter Of Undertaking, if I can recall properly, you need to sign the loan first, ie to confirm & secure the fundings from the bank, once that is completed, the proton branch will bill you the balance (if any) only the car will be released to you, long time since i got my car, maybe some new owners here can help you into the details, my procedure might be slightly different than yours since its way back in 2010 before new rules were implemented

Actually if the car is at the dealer place. U can go see your car b4 they go register. I did that but need to travel to dealer place two times.

approx. 1-2 hrs i suppose, it depends..
one of the main reason it takes longer to change the extractor is due to the heat.. hence the need to wait for it to cool off before it can be handled, by hand, duuuuh~
so, don't rev your car 9 9 on your way, and just show em your best smile, have a chat, and time'll pass
when u do get it installed.. all that wait will just fly away~ enjoice!
