Guys... today wanna insured windscreen with kurnia, the clerk said need to wait for the boss to approved. she said my car is new but already past 2 week. I thought after she sent down the security guard to take picture it ok alreadylah...

is there any regulation on this that i'm not aware. last time my screen crack also no problem insured it. they never even care to check.

hmm.. kurnia has this procedure. yup they took my City windscreen picture.. but i got the cover note that day oso that was last two years..
they just wanna make sure that no crack on the windscreen..

last august, i renewed all my cars with takaful ikhlas no procedure what so ever..

Mine is with msgi ... no such request to view the car. Although there was another guy there as well, they wanted pictures of his car before approving it... must be I hansem that's why no problem

Guess I have faceproblem even take photo of the car also won't pass one

Sometimes when I turn the steering, either way, there's a "krak krak" sound coming from the front...underneath the car
Any of you guys experiencing this ?

Also, I feel the front is very bumpy on uneven roads. Tyre pressure is normal.

Lol. u all troll kau habibz with that klak sound... Btw, its the shift lock 'unlocking' each time u step on the brake. U did not notice it cause usually u dun sit in the car, put to P then keep pressing brakes... Usually u press brake once to release from P to R or D and vice versa...

haha.i just curious about any sound produced by a new car bcoz i only use 2nd hand car before. i tot all new car shud have no 'extra sound'

i got 1 more sound want to ask. i comes from behind. like metal tap sound. but hardly to notice. can hear on uneven road only. is it bcoz of the bushing/exhaust/heat proof metal or what?

Aiyo... ur either ur car banyak sound or u trying to pin point any sound cause its a proton. If u drive vios J, I bet u every sound is "normal", character of the car, operational sound.

Btw the metal tap sound could be the heat shield above the exhaust muffler knocking onto something, try bend/adjust it. Hard to imagine where it came fr, u so far in the land under the wind....
