i oso got the metal tap sound, usually when i off engine after high speed driving or when i whack maintain speed corner, it sound after i exit the corner.

during mantaining corner u can hear metal tap sound oso? so power aa yor hearing..


metal tap sound after shutting down engine at the engine bay is normal la bro.. especially after long distance traveling, hi speed travelling.

engine metal parts expands and contracts accordingly to the engine temperature. if no expand allowed, what do u think it will happen?

oh i reckon that it is the heat shield also. will ask the sc to check tomorrow during my 1st service. oh ya, someone told me before u got gb for supersakit. how much ah for gb price compare to normal price?

I sold my spare tyre to my regular tyre shop for RM200

I paid around RM300 for my like new lancer spare tyre

So, I only paid RM100 for it (300-200)

Please call the guy back and say u want ur tyre back Just pay him the 50 and go to ur regular tyre shop to sell it

Pregnant I dun like that budging thing happens to my tires... takut nanti letup.. Would need to go around and scout for more information about NT dulu before commit to buy

I would suggest you check:
1) Power Steering fluid level. Make sure there's oil there.
2) Bumpy is over pumped your tyre. I tried that before...bumpy like hell...stay at 220-225 max.
3) Suspension sound is bushing punya pasal. I changed mine quiet sometime, at least more than 6 months. No more sound.

metal tap from rear, from engine i know.

btw, metal tap not during maintaining corner but when i exit the corner. scared my car is bending when take corner too fast.

any 1 can help me with this?
i understand that the INVECS-III actually can learn the way we drive but after remap does map related to the invecs settings?

Power steeering fluid level is fine...tyre pressure is normal. I don't pump more than 220
I've also changed the bushing and the bump stoppers in Feb 2012. After that, no more sound from the suspension.
Until about a month ago, I start hearing noises again.
Maybe it's that tie rod issue some bros here highlighted. I feel my steering is a a bit loose and jumpy over bumpy roads
